We are a choir based in Barton-le-Clay, Bedfordshire.
Formed in September 2010, we are a community choir, where the enjoyment derived from singing together is the most important thing. No audition is necessary to join, if you just wish to sing with other like-minded people, this is the choir for you. You will be sure of a friendly welcome.
We meet on Mondays during school term time at 7.30pm in Ramsey Manor Lower School, Barton-le-Clay. Rehearsals last 1½ hours. Average attendance is currently about 90 people per rehearsal with a significant number of men. This means we are now FULL and have implemented a waiting list – please contact us should you wish to be put on the waiting list.
We rehearse under the guidance of our Musical Director Rachel Maloy, a talented local soprano and singing teacher. She is ably assisted at rehearsals by Andrew Longland-Meech, our Assistant Musical Director, who is a gifted musician and vocalist in his own right.
